Spending a lot of time in the Torquay area while he is in Australia, the 2011 MX Nationals runner up has gotten to know Geoff Maloney and the crew at POD MX well over the years and has faith in the products they provide.
"Riding for the CDR Yamaha Team, I spend a lot of time in Torquay which is also the home of Pod MX." Explained Coppins. "Having met Geoff and his team at POD, I was keen to try the K700 Knee Brace. Within moments, I knew the Pod K700 brace was the best fitting Knee Brace for me and offers the most support. I'm not only a huge fan of the product but I like the ideas behind the brace with its fit and the support at the events" Coppins continued.
The New Zealand born rider will be looking at going one spot better in 2012 and with the Monster Energy MX Nationals and is looking forward to taking this new sponsor along for the ride.
"I hope to win many races and even a championship for them and I can't thank them enough for welcoming me to the team" Added Coppins.
Geoff Maloney from POD Active said is please to have a rider of Coppins stature on the team and look forward to supporting the world class rider throughout the year.
"We are really pleased to have a rider of Josh's calibre on the team. With his experience, we know he wouldn't compromise his safety so it makes us very proud to have Josh putting his faith into the Pod MX Knee Brace" Said Maloney.
