Monster Energy NPS Racing's Jake Moss has injured his leg preparing for his return to racing after the mid season break in the MX Nationals.

Moss who was injured early this year while prepearing to race the American Supercross championship with his team has been working hard on being 100% fit and ready for the second half of the 2015 MX Nationals that returns to action at Raymond Terrace on the 6th of June.

The unfortunate news on Jakes latest injury that is not related to the previous injury surfaced this morning via a post on the teams facebook page.

"Jake Moss has unfortunately sustained an injury to his leg as a result of an accident while training in preparation for round 6 of the MX Nationals." A post on the Kawasaki Australia MX Racing Team facebook page read. "This injury is separate to the one that prevented Jake from competing in the first half of the 2015 MX Nationals series.

"At this stage we are unsure of the extent to which Jakes leg has been injured and the effect that it will have on Jake's ability to compete in the upcoming rounds of the MX Nationals."
