Rookie MotoGP racer Jack Miller raced his last event with the LCR Honda team on Sunday at the season ending MotoGP race held at Valencia.
The Australian had a tough race, crossing the line in 21st at the end of his first premier-class season.
Despite the disappointing final result to end the season, Miller thanked the team for their support in his first year in the premier class of motorcycle racing and with a new deal with the Estrella Galicia Honda team in place for 2016 is looking forward to improving on his results going forward.
‰ÛÏFirst of all I‰Ûªd like to thank the LCR Honda team for taking this risk and putting me in this year." Miller commented. "It‰Ûªs been an awesome year, I‰Ûªve enjoyed it a lot.
"We‰Ûªve had some ups and downs and didn‰Ûªt quite achieve the goal of a top-10 finish that we wanted, but we showed some really strong performances during the season and I‰Ûªm looking forward to coming back to the MotoGP class next year.
"I think we improved a lot during the course of the year ‰ÛÒ especially compared to when we tested here at the start of the year, we‰Ûªve improved by nearly two seconds and that‰Ûªs not easy to do.
"I think Phillip Island would have to be our best race of the season and now I‰Ûªm looking forward to improving again next year.‰Û
