Honda's 2017 CRF250R hits dealer showrooms in Australia this month.

The CRF250R has long been the weapon of choice for many MX riders due to its fluid power delivery, sharp chassis design and impressive power in the high rev range.

The 2017 model adapts lightweight suspension specially developed by Showa for the CRF250R and is designed to fully unlock the chassis‰Ûª performance potential for the ultimate riding experience.

The return of 49mm Showa SFF-TAC-Air forks as well as an extra 5mm length in the top tubes enhances traction, suspension reaction, rider feel and adjustability.

The CRF250R‰Ûªs aluminium twin beam frame ‰ÛÒ in its sixth generation ‰ÛÒ was designed from the outset around the use of air forks and with mass centralisation at its core. Its renowned profile remains unchanged for 2017.

Usability is enhanced by Honda‰Ûªs Engine Mode Select Button (EMSB) which allows the rider to choose between three engine maps designed for different riding conditions and styles making an already very usable engine even more adaptable.

The 2017 CRF250R has an MLP of $9,999
