Honda Announce Much Anticipated Monkey Bike Release Details
Honda's Monkey bike will be available from July and will be available from $5,999 Ride Away!
Get ready for Monkey magic when the new Monkey hits Australian streets in July and will be available from $5,999 Ride Away!

With its chunky tyres, glossy fuel tank and big, comfortable padded seat, the Monkey is unmistakable, a timeless figure loved all over the world.

The new Monkey model offers riders a premium take on the cult classic, boasting the first-class craftsmanship and quality demanded when a crowd favourite is re-imagined for present day.

The historical 3D Old Wing design Honda logo, chromed steel high-level front and rear mudguards ‰ЫТ plus the chrome exhaust shield, circular mirrors and high-rise handlebars ‰ЫТ all pay homage to the original and a host of modern touches bring this genuinely iconic machine into the next phase of its life.

The digital full-LCD circular meter features a speedometer, odometer with two trip meters and six-segment fuel level indicator.

All lighting is LED; the ‰Ычwave‰ЫЄ pattern key (which also wears the Old Wing motif) features an ‰Ычanswer back‰ЫЄ system that makes the lights flash at the push of a button to allow easy location in crowded car parks.

For Australia, there are four exciting colours to choose from - Banana Yellow, Pearl Nebula Red, Pearl Glittering Blue and Pearl Shinning Black
The single channel ABS breaking system operates with an IMU to mitigate rear ‰Ычlift‰ЫЄ under strong braking and the Monkey features premium USD forks and twin rear shocks.

The air-cooled horizontal 125cc single-cylinder engine with PGM-FI and a 4-speed gearbox is simple, robust and tuned to deliver useful about-town performance.

The Monkey‰ЫЄs steel backbone frame is perfect for the wide variety of conditions the machine is sure to be ridden in.

Oval in cross-section, the swingarm echoes the circular design theme that runs through the bike.

For Australia, there are four exciting colours to choose from - Banana Yellow, Pearl Nebula Red, Pearl Glittering Blue and Pearl Shinning Black.
