Posted:

At the NSW Enduro Presentation held at Wyong on Friday Night, Highway Performance Bikes Junior riders Daniel and Nicole Besz were both awarded podium places for the NSW Junior Sprint and Cross-Country Championships for 2010.

Daniel stepped up to the J2 - E1 class (13 ‰ÛÒ 14 yrs 200cc 2-stroke/250cc 4-stroke) on his KTM SX150 for 2010 to finish overall 3rd place in the championship. "I really enjoyed the longer Cross-country rounds during the championship and was really pleased to win the Cross-country round at Copeton Dam so early in the season, the KTM 150cc 2-stroke is an easy and light bike to ride particularly for these types of races" Daniel said.

Nicole rode in the J6 - B class (10 yrs & under 65cc) against the boys and finished on the podium six of the eight rounds on her KTM SX65 to finish overall 2nd place in the championship. "I was so nervous coming into the final rounds at Dungog, I wanted to do really well and finish in at least finish 2nd place in the championship" commented Nicole.

This was a very successful year for Daniel and Nicole for the NSW Sprint and Cross-country Championships and special thanks must go to Highway Performance Bikes, KTM, Motul and Kenny Signs for all their support throughout the year.
