Frenchman Gregory Aranda has one the opening night at the opening round of the 2015 German Supercross Championship held in Stuttgart overnight.
Arnada won the main event from American Austin Politelli while fellow American and early main event race leader Jace Owen rounded out the podium after recovering from a early race crash while out front.
It proved to be a tough night for the two Australian riders in the field.
Sam Martin racing for the Team Castrol Power 1 Suzuki team made it into the main event via the last chance qualifier to take the final spot on the gate, but was classified in 12th and final place at the end of the race after completing only 9 laps of the 15 lap race.
For fellow Australian Taylor Potter, his night came to a early end after finishing third in the last chance qualifier, missing the main event by one position.
Round two and the second night of racing from Stuttgart will take place in the early hours of Sunday morning Australian time.
