Graham Jarvis has stepped up his game at Red Bull Romaniacs, dominating the second day of offroad racing in Sibiu and taking the lead overall.
After fellow British riders Jonny Walker, Paul Bolton and Dan Hemingway dropped out on Wednesday, a gap was left in the contingent of Extreme Enduro athletes. Still shaken up by his first excursion into the Romanian wilderness, newcomer Billy Bolt did show some serious speed but couldn‰Ûªt keep up with the top competitors.
That‰Ûªs when Jarvis stepped in, having kept a low profile during the prologue and the first offroad day. He started in fourth after Wade Young, Alfredo Gomez and Travis Teasdale, passed Young at the ‰ÛÏBermuda Triangle‰Û
