F1moto is one of Australia's leading and fastest growing online retailers for motorcycle power sports parts and accessories with a focus on engine parts, performance products and quality accessories for Junior and Senior MX and Enduro Dirt Bikes, ATV's, PWC's and some Road Bikes.

F1 Moto topped a host of other local business's to win the 2013 award and company Director Helen Coates, who owns and runs F1moto alongside her partner and Co Director Steve could not be more proud of the achievement for the relatively new company and it's small band of employees.

"We were all very proud to be recognised for our business and celebrated hard after we won the award", Coates enthused. "F1moto is the fulfilment of our dream to build and run a successful business of our own and winning an award is validation of our policies and ideas.

"We are an innovative business embracing the internet and new technologies to give our customers the very best service available online. We work long hours and are available outside normal trading hours to answer enquiries for customers but in the main I think the award reflects our commitment to online retailing and customer service."

"Steve and I couldn't have made it to this point without the support of our Staff, Michelle and Jasmine," Coates added.

While giving a lot of the credit to their success to their small team, both Helen and Steve also realise the importance of having first rate and reliable suppliers in making their business the success it has become.

"Our suppliers in particular Bikes and Bits Importers, John Titman Racing, Force Accessories, VHM and WMR have been fantastic, dealing with great suppliers enables us to focus on promoting products and customer service in the certain knowledge that our suppliers are 100% behind us," Helen explained.

Though this award is a great achievement, Helen and Steve will not rest on their laurels with plans to continue growing their business with some more innovative ideas planned for the future.

"F1moto will continued to grow in the future, we plan to increase the product ranges and information on the website and are also have plans of Dyno testing, performance products to give accurate figures on performance gains.

"We will continue to be a leader in online retailing," Helen concluded.
