The Far North Queensland Road Racing Club will be hosting the 2016 Stay Upright Australian Supermoto Championship at the MakoTrac International Racetrack in Mareeba, West of Cairns, on the 29th, 30th and 31st of July 2016.
Described by some of Australia‰Ûªs best Supermoto riders as Australia‰Ûªs best Supermoto track, the track is 1345 meters of tarmac and 250 meters of dirt and is a mix of high speed, sweeping corners, tight corners and a tricky dirt section.
Some of Australia‰Ûªs best Supermoto riders have committed to the event and international riders such as
Anthony West will also be battling it out on track.
Naming rights sponsor Stay Upright Rider Training and event partners, Phoenix Marine Finishing‰Ûªs and Husqvarna Motorcycles as well as the Dash 4 Cash sponsor Color Studio are all looking forward to the event.
