Victorian racer Dylan Long is recovering well after "knocking himself silly" in a crash during Saturday's nights main event at the third round of the Australian Supercross Championships held at the Wayville showgrounds in South Australia.
Long, was sitting with the front runners for the majority of the race until a crash put a halt to his efforts.
