Posted:

Kilsyth road racer Drew Sells will be throttling towards the top step of the podium when the opening round of the 2016 Motul Pirelli Victorian Road Racing Championships takes place at the State Motorcycle Sports Complex at Broadford on April 9-10.

Drew, 17, finished runners-up in the 300 Production class at last year‰Ûªs VRRC in November and is hoping to go one better at this year‰Ûªs revamped four-round competition.

‰ÛÏIt was a difficult weekend last year. Our set-up wasn‰Ûªt fantastic but we still finished second so we‰Ûªre hoping to go that one step further and win a state title like we did two years ago,‰Û
