DPH Husqvarna Set to Impress at Round 1

Posted:

With the first round of the 2018 MX Nationals upon us, the DPH Motorsport Husqvarna Factory Racing squad have been busy preparing both bikes and riders for the kick off of their 2018 campaign.

The bikes have fresh graphics thanks to The Collective Family and the semi trailer has a fresh coat of paint ready to roll into the Newry circuit.

With Kade Mosig racing the MX1 class aboard a Husqvarna FC450 and Dylan Wills on the FC250 for MX2 the team is well and truly ready to make their intentions clear on track come Sunday.

After a recent road trip, riding up and down the east coast, Kade Mosig is fit and ready to race on Sunday.

"My preparation for this season has been great!" said Mosig. "Working closely with Craig Anderson, we haven‰Ûªt left any stone unturned and I feel more ready than ever to start racing. Adapting to the Husqvarna FC450 has been easy especially with a great team, sponsors and crew of people behind me".
For Dylan Wills who's no stranger to the FC250 after racing to 5th in 2017 aboard the MX2 machine, is ready to fire into round 1.

"I'm happy with my preparation coming into the first round" an upbeat Wills said. "The team has been unreal, making me feel at home instantly and I'm excited to get in and mix it up on Sunday! It's going to be a competitive year but I'm ready to get in there and improve on last years results and show everyone that I am a title contender".

Team Manager Dale Hocking can't wait for the 2018 season to kick off.

"The entire team has been working around the clock to ensure we're ready for that first gate to drop on Sunday morning and I couldn't be prouder" said Hocking.

"Both Kade and Dylan have been extremely thorough with their preparations and the Husqvarna's have been impressive out of the box, and although we do add our own DPH Motorsport touch to ensure the bikes are tailored for each rider, it's been a straight forward process to have them ready for racing at this level, and so we expect to have some solid results on Sunday".
