Dean Wilson will return to the UK this winter to defend his Arenacross title with Armor Vision St Blazey Honda after a championship-winning 2025 season in Australia.

Fresh off a history-making Australian Supercross season, Dean Wilson is heading back to the UK this winter to defend the Arenacross crown he claimed earlier this year.

The newly crowned AUSX SX1 Champion and former AMA Motocross Champion will once again line up with the Armor Vision St Blazey Honda squad, the same outfit that helped propel him to the 2025 British Arenacross Championship. It has been a busy year for the 33-year-old, having won the 2025 Brazilian Arenacross Championship earlier in the year.

The Scottish-born fan favourite made a huge impact in his Arenacross debut season, adapting quickly to the tight, intense and often elbows-out style of racing. With Northern Irish veteran Martin Barr joining him on the 2026 roster, the St Blazey Honda team enters the new campaign with a strong and experienced pairing.

Wilson said the return feels like unfinished business after a breakout year across multiple continents, explaining that “2025 was a learning year for me with Arenacross, and being home racing for the first time in decades was really something special – so taking the British Championship title was great for me, Steve (Anear), Mark (Chamberlain) and the St Blazey Honda team. I’m excited to return home and looking forward to seeing all the British fans at round one in Birmingham on Jan 31st.”

His UK campaign also comes off the back of his biggest Australian result to date, claiming his second Australian championship after winning the 2025 AUSX SX1 Championship after a season-long battle that cemented Honda’s record-setting year. Wilson’s return adds even more anticipation as the Arenacross series prepares to launch its new season at Birmingham on January 31.
