Davies claims 5th Ironman Title in 6 years while Bacon takes 8 hour honours

Kyron Bacon takes his first overall win as a senior, giving the BCP Honda boys a one/two on the day
BCP Honda Off Road Team rider Baylee Davies has claimed his fifth Ironman TERC Title in the last six years over the weekend as the Tasmanian Off Road Series came to an end for 2018.

The final round for the year was the grueling 8 hour Endurance event over the weekend and Davies teamed up with good friend and former multi time World Off Road Champion Matty Phillips. The pair came home in a solid second place for the day, allowing Davies to stretch out his lead to 20 points while securing the Championship.

Baylee Davies‰Ûª team-mate Kyron Bacon was the only rider to beat the freshly crowned champion on the day at the final round. Bacon, only fresh out of juniors having turned senior just a couple of weeks prior teamed up with local gun rider Tom Jones to take overall honours at the final round.
