Australian Daniel McCoy has been injured in a crash while racing the second round of the 2016 UK Arenacross Championship in Glasgow on the weekend.
Racing for the MVRD Fuel Husqvarna team, McCoy crashed during the evenings event injuring his back and leaving him currently with no feeling below his waist.
McCoy confirmed the injury himself via his facebook page yesterday evening posting, "Thank you Everyone for the messages, for those who don't know I had a crash last night, at this stage I have no feeling from the waist down, still waiting on surgeons to confirm what operations will be needed.
"Will keep everyone updated as news comes."
