CarsRus Full Force Race team to build on an impressive debut at the MX Nationals.
The CarsRus Full Force Race Team is looking to continue its success from Conondale, at this weekend's 2nd round of the Monster Energy MX Nationals at Coonabarabran.

Debuting on home soil, MX2 rider Brock Winston led the team home on his CarsRus PRO KTM 250F with 10th overall in what was a solid performance after injuries and time off the bike.

"It was a good way to start the series." Winston said. "All of my injuries felt good and they didn't bother me at all."

"I was really impressed with the track at Conondale, it had some decent jumps and it flowed really well, it was the best track they have made for sure." Winston added.

Winston has been riding a lot in the past week and after the confidence boost of a 10th overall, he's aiming to go better at Coonabarabran this weekend.

"Coonabarabran will be good as well, it's pretty fast and is a good track, and I can't wait for it. "After Conondale, I know I can run with the top guys and I'm pretty confident I can step it up and go better" he concluded.

Also debuting with the team on his CarsRus Springwood Suzuki, MX2 rider Steve Duncanson showed some really good speed at Conondale but was disappointed with his overall result on the day.

"I wasn't too happy with the result but I guess its experience and it's good to get the first one out of the way." Duncanson said.

"It was tough because it was the first race I have had in about a year, I know I definitely should be further up in the field" Duncanson concluded.

Duncanson will now look forward to the jumps, whoops and loamy turns of the Coonabarabran track and has been riding with some MX Nationals riders at Coolum over the past week and hopes that it will help him when the gates drop this weekend.

Dean Porter will lead the teams MX1 Class assault aboard his RM-Z450, bringing the confidence gained by winning the Esperance Open in his home state of Western Australia over the weekend.
