Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Billy Bolt will miss the 2026 Red Bull Erzbergrodeo as he continues his recovery from a hand injury sustained prior to round two of the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship, Extreme XL Lagares.

Despite the setback, Bolt raced through the pain in Portugal and secured a hard-fought fifth-place finish. However, with his long-term recovery now the priority, the decision has been made to sit out this year’s iconic Austrian event and focus on returning to full fitness.

Although he won’t line up on the start line, the seven-time world champion will still travel to Austria to support the Husqvarna Factory Racing team before returning to the Red Bull Athlete Performance Centre next week to continue his rehabilitation programme.

Bolt remains focused on making a full recovery and returning to FIM Hard Enduro World Championship competition as soon as possible.
