Queensland‰Ûªs Troy Batchelor has won back-to-back meetings in the 2010 Australian Solo Speedway Title.

The second round of the Title was held in Mildura last night (3rd January 2010) not even 24 hours after the first round held at Gilman, South Australia, three hundred and eighty odd kilometres away. A vast crowd, didn't miss any of the action with a huge TV screen installed with live interviews from the pits and al the acing action. Twenty-two year old Batchelor started from the outside gate 4 clinching the round win ahead of New South Welshman Chris Holder, fellow Queenslander Darcy Ward and South Australian Rory Schlein. The double win puts Batchelor in front in the Title at 40 points with Chris Holder chomping at his heals on 36 points. With the last round to be held in Newcastle this Saturday Night (9th of January 2010) Motorcycle Speedway fanatics will be treated with some exciting racing.
