Australian Aaron Morris made it three Aussies in the top 4 in round one of the FIM Endurance World Championship held at Le Mans last weekend.
In a difficult race in changing conditions it was a baptism of fire for the endurance newcomer. The race commenced in the rain and was patchy throughout.
Team mates Nicolas Pouhair and Lucas Mahias did an awesome job with Lucas actually setting the fastest lap of the race.
The race was not without drama‰Ûªs for the Paris based team with a reoccurring front brake problem losing them five laps over race distance with unscheduled stops , and an infringement for a team member not wearing goggles , costing them another lap with a ride through plus 1 minute penalty.
All in all the team stayed consistent even with the one degree night temperatures.
