65cc class now included in the FIM 2017 World Motocross championships

Posted:

Motorcycling Australia (MA) is calling for expressions of interest for 65cc riders to represent Australia at the 2017 FIM World Junior Motocross, Estonia July 30.

Riders wishing to apply for the 65cc class for the Australian Team in this year‰Ûªs FIM World Junior Motocross will need to consider that while MA will contribute some funding to the team, there may be a greater cost to individuals than in previous years.

The expected time away for this year‰Ûªs FIM World Junior Motocross will be approximately 10 days, with further details to be confirmed at a later date.

The FIM Junior Motocross World Championship will now consist of the following three classes:
Class 1: 65cc, 10- 12 years
Class 2: 85cc, 12-14 years
Class 3: 125cc, 13-17 years
