Another page has been turned on the seemingly never ending legal battle between Global Action Sports (GAS) and Dainty Consolidated Entertainment over the Crusty Demons Thirst 4 Destruction Tour.
Dainty has issued a statement saying the tour is back on after GAS had recently gone to court to stop the tour going ahead.
The statement stated, Today Global Action Sports CEO Michael Porra’s recent attack on the Crusty Demons Thirst 4 Destruction Tour was stopped in its tracks as the order made in the Supreme Court of New South Wales for the injunction brought by Porra’s company Nitro Circus Australia Touring Pty Ltd stopping ticket sales was lifted.
“Two weeks ago, Michael Porra raced off to Court on his own to stop ticket sales to the Crusty Demons Thirst 4 Destruction Tour, based on a raft of allegations which we utterly dispute. The Court only heard his side of the story. The first we heard of it was when Michael Porra issued a press release”, says Dainty Consolidated Entertainment Chairman and CEO, Paul Dainty. “After we have responded to the allegations, thankfully, sense has prevailed and that order has been set aside and the tour can continue as we planned. And let me be very clear – this will be the biggest and best Crusty Demons shows Australia has EVER seen.”
Owner and creator of the Crusty Demons, Fleshwound Films’ Jon Freeman, is stoked to be leading the charge with the gnarliest Crusty live show ever produced. “Fans should get set for a show that will simply blow you away. We are not only going to bring the greatest group of hard core riders we’ve ever delivered but also a show that has been completely revamped and will deliver more extreme stunts, more high voltage rock n roll and more pure Crusty mayhem – it will be a show that fans remember for years to come!!”, says Freeman.
There has been no reaction so far from Global Action Sports, stay tuned!
